Spring Diary
It’s been a fantastic and frenetic few days in school. Theatre groups, magical masks, awards, sports tournaments and fixtures, assemblies and awards have all made this week a memorable one. Many thanks to all those parents who helped their child to make a mask. They were fantastic! Congratulations to all those gaining gold, silver or bronze awards, swimming certificates, gymnastics certificates, netball awards, hockey awards and mask winners!
Congratulations to Adam Hardcastle who represented the school in the Annual National Maths Challenge competition. Out of 105 000 entrants Adam was placed in the top 0.4% in the country. What a stunning achievement!
Toy Fayre - March 20th. This annual event organised by Year 6 students is an opportunity to re-cycle your unwanted toys, games, books, DVDs, videos etc. It is also a non-uniform day with a £1.00 donation from each child. All proceeds to Year 6 charities. Please send in all contributions for the Toy Fayre as soon as possible. Y6 children will collect all items from classrooms each day. Cakes should be brought into school on the day of the Toy Fayre. Thank you.
